Standard voice campaigns support message lengths up to 30 seconds (1 pulse). However, you can configure longer campaigns up to 60 seconds (2 pulses) or more based on your business requirements.
You can set intelligent retry attempts. The platform will automatically retry calling the number after a specified gap (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour) up to a maximum of 3 retries if the call was busy, switched off, or went unanswered.
Yes. Promotional voice broadcasts are restricted from calling numbers listed in the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR/DND) and can only be routed between 9 AM and 9 PM. Service and transactional alerts are exempted from DND list rules.
